I don’t know about you, but I love all types of beauty products. From skincare to makeup and everything in between. I love it all. So when the opportunity presented itself to write about Bellagena’s Spa in a Box offer, I knew I couldn’t turn it down. So, without further ado, let’s explore my personalized Spa in a Box.
First, before we actually get into all the beautiful goodies in my spa box, I want to mention how easy it was to order. Julia (the owner) and her staff have not only come up with an innovative idea to assist their clients during a global crisis. They really take into account what each of their customers needs by customizing each box. And all it took was me answering a few simple questions, and within a week my Spa in Box arrived at my doorstep.
Once I opened my Spa in a Box, I was blown away by the volume of beauty treats inside. And I’m not talking just samples. I’m talking about full-size products, plus extra added items, like a makeup case, lip balm, a loofa and scrubby (not sure if that’s the technical term, but that’s what I call them), headband, and candle so I can have the full spa experience at home. We are off to a fantastic start!
I started my spa day with the Sanitas Enzymatic Foaming Cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely orange scent of this product, but what really blew me away was how creamlike this cleanser felt on my skin and how soft my skin was after using it. Usually, I find soaps leave my skin feeling dry, but not with this one. My skin felt clean without being stripped of all its natural oils.
Next, I used the Bellagena Detoxifying Charcoal Mask. Again, this product has a beautiful, natural fragrance, and it left my skin feeling smooth and exfoliated. My skin felt a bit tight, but without feeling dry, like a lot of other masks, I’ve used in the past. This is due to the formula. Bellagena’s Charcoal mask contains lecithin, which allows the mask to penetrate your pores, really give them a deep clean while locking in your skin’s natural moisture.
Before I get into the next product, I must confess – I’m an eye cream virgin. EEKK! Fortunately, I don’t have dark circles or puffiness under or around my eyes, so I never felt compelled to give these types of creams a try. But, I’m starting to notice more fine lines have begun to develop, so now is the perfect time to try the Sanitas Essential Eye Essence samples included in my box. The creme itself feels silky and light, but what I’m really excited about is the long-term results, so stay tuned!
Up next is Sanitas Weightless Serum, which is designed to reduce congestion, brighten dark spots, balances oil and defends against the signs of ageing. Typically, I use a vitamin C serum before applying my moisturizer, but there is no comparison. Sanitas Weightless Serum is fantastic! It’s lightweight, feels heavenly, and I can hardly wait to see the effect it has on a few dark spots I’ve developed from sun damage. I will definitely be adding this product to my daily skincare routine as well!
The final product we are going to chat about is Sanitas Vitamin C Moisturizer. As I mentioned before, I’m starting to notice more fine lines as my skin ages, so a moisturizer that will nourish and reduce these afflictions is a must. Thankfully, Sanitas VC cream is the perfect solution. Not only did it leave my skin feeling smooth and hydrated, but it was also glowing. Another fantastic product that will be added to my regular skincare habit. I haven’t had a chance to use the lovely manicure set and nail polish that was also included in my spa box, but I wanted to make sure to include this detail as it was a wonderful added touch.
